60-Day Return Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don’t work out as planned. That’s why we’ve made our return policy simple and stress-free.
Purchase a product on our website and try it for 60 days. If you are not absolutely thrilled you can send it back for a refund – even if the bottle or container is empty. No questions asked!
Refund Claim Limitations
A refund claim request under our 60-Day Return Policy is limited to the purchase of a single item (tincture bottle, capsule bottle, concentrate container or other single container).
Refunds can only be claimed once per customer or once per household in a 365-day period.
The purchase price of a single returned item or refund claim can not exceed $200.
This policy does not apply to wholesale or bulk orders.
International Orders
Our Satisfaction Guarantee and 60-Day Return policy applies to U.S. and international customers whose destination address is outside of the United States.
The Organica Company, LLC. makes every effort to ensure international shipments are sent in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in the United States. Due to varying laws and regulations outside of the United States we are unable to guarantee that a package will not be held up or seized by officials in the destination country.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure our products can be shipped to and delivered to a destination address in a country outside of the United States.
The Organica Company, LLC. is not responsible for packages that have been seized by officials outside of the United States and will not issue refunds for seized or delayed packages.
Order Cancellations
Orders submitted through our website are processed immediately. Cancellations must be received within one hour of submitting your online order. In the event your order has already shipped, you will need to wait until your merchandise is delivered before returning it and receiving your refund.
To avoid return shipping costs on a cancelled order, do not open it. Simply write, “Return to Sender: Refused,” on the outside of the unopened shipment and then drop it off with your postman or at your local post office. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed.
